Accessing Shiksharth ERP for Schools and CRM for Organisations.
Any School/Institution can register and use Shiksharth ERP for Schools (hereinafter "Shiksharth"). You can use Shiksharth by logging on to Shiksharth.co/Login.aspx with your verified credentials.
Your Right to Use Shiksharth ERP Solutions
Subject to your continued acceptance and adherence to these Terms and our policies, we hereby grant to you a limited, non-exclusive, personal, non-assignable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to access and/or use our Products. Some of our Products may include software that is downloaded to your computer, phone, tablet or other device. You agree that we may automatically upgrade these Products, and these Terms will continue to apply to such upgrades. We may provide all or parts of our Products either free-of-cost or charge a fee or a combination of the two, and reserve the right to introduce, increase, reduce or abolish any such fee for any part or all of the Products. You understand that at times our Products may not be available due to upkeep and maintenance purposes or for reasons beyond vdym.com control for which vdym.com shall not be bound to give you any notice. All content and information on the Products may be changed or updated without notice.
Integration of third party applications with Shiksharth Solutions
Any third party applications (hereinafter “Third Party Application(s)”) are integrated with Shiksharth Solutions. Shiksharth will also be integrating and bringing more Third Party Applications with the platform in the coming time. If you require any third party integration not available at the moment, Shiksharth will try to assist you with the integration, which depending on Time taken and complexity may or may not be chargeable. The User are requested to contact and clarify the charges that may be applicable. User is responsible for any Terms and Conditions applicable by the third pary and is advised to go through the term and conditions of third party carefully.
Email Services and Policy
Shiksharth ERP Sends periodic emails about School Subscription information to Schools. Shiksharth advocates genuine use of email. Shiksharth is strictly against spamming and in case of spam complaints may be forced to stop your from accessing your email service through Shiksharth Solutions.
Account Closure Policy
Shiksharth reserve the right to remove or modify any content for any reason, including User Content that we believe violates these Terms or our policies or violates applicable laws.
Following Termination or Deactivation of your account, or if you remove any User Content from Shiksharth.co, we may retain your User Content for a reasonable period of time for backup, archival, audit purposes or legal compliance
Third-party links, websites and services
Shiksharth ERP Sole Purpose is to Communicate Daily Events, Activities of Children studying in School to Parents. Our Product does not and, nor will be Permitted to contain links to third-party websites, advertisers, services, special offers or other events or activities that are not owned, sponsored, controlled or in any way affiliated to Shiksharth.
Security
Your security is of prime importance to us. While we work to protect the security of your account and User Content, Shiksharth cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security measures. We request that you keep your password secure and that you notify us immediately if you learn of any breach or of any compromise or unauthorized use of your account.

All customers using to Shiksharth ERP are obliged to accept this privacy policy.

Any personal information submitted voluntarily like your Name, Contact Details, Business Details, Personal Profile (Age, Sex, Religion etc...) and information about your other social networking accounts that you may list with us, may be used:
